You will need to go to the Oracle web site to download any of their databases. Since they are at 11g now, you might not be able to get 9i any longer without owning a license for it. I run 11g on my CentOS (RHEL) workstation. They have an installer and lots of manuals for installation, programming, running sqlplus, and all sorts of stuff. It is a complex subject, installing and configuring an Oracle database properly. I get about $200 USD / hour to do that for my clients. Good business for DBA consultants, if you have the knowledge and can get the clients.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

i'm sure it is on the oracle website somewhere, any reason for 9i? Its pretty old, you might have some issues installing on F11, but the -ignoreSysPrereqs flag on the installer might make it go through anyway
