how to disable GNOME 2.8 slime mode???
When I use the Nautilus, it defaults to snail mode. I don't want to have a slimy little trail of windows everywhere! I've got enough clutter already.
How do I fix this? I've heard it called "spatial mode" and tried to disable it by UNchecking "always open new windows" but this does not have any effect.
Also, I cannot find any TREE VIEW option in the Nautilus.
I'm grateful for any advice here
Thanks!!
