[SOLVED] where can I find icons?

I don't mean locally, I'm wondering what alternatives I have to kde/gnome-look.org for "flashy" icons. I searched but I must not know what to look for, I could only find "classic" type of icons and specialized sites. I used themexp.org when I was on XP, anything similar for X/linux?
