Xwin config Help

hi guys..
i wana display a web browser as the system bootsup. there will be no user login prompt and browser should be displayed on desktop. then user don't hv options such as open any application, open other browser and perform any tasks. he should be limit to only inside the browser. at the end he also don't hv permission to shut down or log out from the system
like pressing Alt+Ctrl +Delete he wont be logout or shutdown th esystem.

please help me how to perform such task.
