Question [SOLVED] Changing Colours in Window Managers

What I would like to do is change the colours used by the window manager that I'm using. I've searched the forums and haven't found what I'm looking for.

I'm using the matchbox window manager on Arch Linux, without KDE, GNOME, Xcfe, etc. At the moment, the window manager displays a blue border and a white background with black text. What I would like is to change this so that the background is either dark gray or black, with blue text. If this is possible, how do I make it happen?

I've never run Matchbox, but their documentation pages cover theming if you haven't tried it already:

Thanks, Ozar. That's what I was looking for (actually, the link to the theme How-To on that page was more appropriate). I suppose I should have grepped the Web for that first instead of being a noob!
