KDE skins in Enlightenment?

I don't have KDE or Gnome installed on my computer, as I strictly use Englightenment. I can set GTK+ themes just by modifying my .gtkrc-2.0 file in my home dir; but so far I can't figure out how to skin Qt progs with KDE themes without actually having KDE installed. Is this even possible? and if it is, how is this done?
