how can i configure gnome 2.8, that when i move in it's windows, it wouldn't open each time a new window when i make a doubleclick? sure i can use middle button doubleclick, but i don't like it! PS! sorry for my BAD english

maybe you should check out the mouse settings in your system settings, not sure what its called in fc anymore but its there...and you can setup window and mouse behavior.

jvx, are you by any chance referring to navigating in the file manager? In that case, check out http://www.fedorafaq.org/. They have an answer for that exact question (the question is "I don't like the new spatial file manager, how can I turn it off?").
