Item Modeline generated by the utility gtf (gtf 1280 1024 60).

Tried many ways but nothing comes out.

In the permissions list only from 320x240 to 800x600.

Attach a dump of information about iron, made the program PC wizard.

UPD: got to add the resolution 1280x1024 @ 60 (Dances with xrandr helped), but here the choice of permit is issued:

Could not apply the selected configuration of monitors.
Unable to set the configuration of the controller CTR 248
Through tests, it was found that the higher resolution 800x600 can not be established.

    UPD: xrandr-q gives
    Code:
    Screen 0: minimum 320 x 240, current 800 x 600, maximum 1280 x 1024
    default connected 800x600 +0 +0 0mm x 0mm
      800x600 60.0 * 56.0
      640x480 60.0
      768x576 60.0
      720x576 60.0
      800x480 60.0
      720x480 61.0
      400x300 60.0
      320x240 61.0
      1280x1024_60.00 59.9
      1024x768_60.00 59.4
      800x600_75.00 74.9
      1152x768_60.00 59.2
      808x601_60.00 58.9

    UPD: system installed packages:
    xserver-xorg-video-sisusb version 1:0.9.3-1
    xserver-xorg-video-sis version 1:0.10.2-2
