what desk top enviroment do you use?
if its KDE use kopete
gnome = gaim
amsn sucks.......in my opinion
but its an idea

ok
ok then. i just wanted to know if msn could work on linux, but i do use gaim and aim (you can download aim for linux off of aol web site)

orite thought u ment an alternative i duno i tryed 1nce but i need ie6 installed and i didnt want that so i never did finish it may be done duno
