Cant log into evolution mail`

Ive tried over and over and it keeps saying" Unable to connect to POP server pop3.live.com."
Error sending password: -ERR authentication failed
i keep typing it and typing it and it works on outlook on my pc and on the live.com website. WHY WONT IT ACCEPT MY PASSWORD!!!!!!!!!!

evolution >edit > preferences > mail accounts >
then select your account @ pop3.live.com
then > edit > receiving email
then verify your user name and server data
then click under security "authentication types" click the button "check for supported types" and see the output
make sure in your hand selected authentication above you have a supported auth type.
