Gnome 2.6 in Debian with two X screens and nvidia
First off, the panel settings on the second screen (:0.1) doesn't save themselves when logging out. Quite annoying to get those away everytime I log in. RTFM didn't help much, either.
Secondly, can the wallpaper/background be changed independently on the second screen? I'd like to have a different background on both my screens.
Actually, the way I'd like it the most, would be that Gnome would have nothing to do with the second screen. It would be active/displayed like it should, but in effect like a fresh started X with no window-manager or desktop. The second screen is a TV, and I planned to use it as only the Movie display.
Thanks for your time and help.
