If you want to switch languages using the keyboard then if I recall correctly, you press both Alt keys at the same time.
Edit: Also found this which may be relevant.If we hit that bullseye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate! (Zapp Brannigan)

i can switch languages using the keyboard in windows by "Alt+shift".
how this work in linux?

The linked page suggests that there is a bug in Ubuntu's graphical keyboard tool and that the fix is to run
which is for Swedish and English US. You will need to change the se,us in the command to be relevant to your languages. After that you should be able to use Alt + Shift.Code:sudo setxkbmap -option grp:alt_shift_toggle no,se,us

thanks for every things.
i can use Alt + Shift for switch language now.
