X server keeps crashing
i installed mandrake 8.2 a few weeks ago and after soem driver dloads etc everythgin went fine, a couple days ago my x server jsut crashed out, it was goin fine then it just reset and went back to the graphical login, and now it seems to do it every hour or so.

Do you get any logs of the incidents, in /var/log/messages or /var/log/XFree86.0.log. Remember, XFree86.0.log is overwritten every time X restarts, so rename it before X crashes, and then just wait for X to crash, and see what's in the end of it.
