Hi,

We're having a nightmare trying to setup our linux box to pump out visuals to our projector...

I have an AMD Suse 9.3 box with an NVIDIA GeForce gfx card with an S-VIDEO TV out. This S-Video then gets converted to composite and goes into a projector.

We have managed to get it so that a signal goes through the S-VIDEO and is projected, however it is unreadable (so to speak) - it looks like an unsupported resolution / refresh rate. However this seems unlikely, as the projector supports a very wide range of said variables.

Additionally, my XP laptop pumps out an S-VIDEO signal and this works fine on the same setup.

I've been modifying the /etc/X11/XF86Config file however nothing I change seems to have ANY effect...

My file is cut and pasted below. Any help with this much appreciated. Note that I'm concerned that this isn't the right file...
