Framebuffer activation on i810 driver.
Hi to all,
This is my first time here and hope that I can find answers to my problem. By the way, my problem is that I hardly activate my framebuffer support for my videocard. My video is integrated Intel 845 which uses i810 and currently my X is running.
Now, I want to activate the framebuffer support for this and no i810 on my framebuffer support from Console Driver in make menuconfig. Does somebody here has an idea about this? My PC is DELL OPTIPLEX GX260. I need to activate the framebuffer in my PC and this is my problem. How to do this?

You could try compile in your kernel the VESA framebuffer driver. That is a generic driver for many videocards.

Gotcha Supervesa
Ok, I got it already, I downloaded the Supervesafb driver and it works already. My previous configuration on vesa at fb doesn't work. So I decided to install other vesa driver.
