I like GNOME2's bug-buddy. That will give you everything you ever wanted to know about the error. gaim crash again? Let's backtrace the biatch. Oh, look font rendering bug, lets see if they know about it. mailing-list search or irc channel shows that they have it fixed in CVS. Sweet. Download/compile/install. No more crashy
