The XFree86 RPMs are available from RedHat's FTP or mirrors for most versions.

if you are running a newer redhat version, and think you can just install the older X over it - you are in for a surprise

you will have to search the archive for the older release of X, however you will need the older KDE files (or gnome whatever you used) i think it wil lbe pretty tuff to get the 7.1 look back - you might have better luck installing 7.1 and updating the stuff you need to be newer, but rpm wont work to well for that as eventually you will get so many dependenices you will lose your mind.
