I really love the way you can have the thumbs of your windows like that. The only thing is, I got no clue how to do that. Can anyone walk me through getting those thumbs of my Windows to work?

I saw some killer fvwm-desktops myself not long ago, I would'nt mind one of those! For example, I like the pager and desktop-icons of this one: http://fvwm-themes.sourceforge.net/s.../full/migo.png

Actually you have to emerge a bunch of stuff according to the fvwm gentoo installation wiki.
http://www.fvwmwiki.org/cgi/moin.cgi/Gentoo_20Install
I did all that stuff, and I still can't see fvwm
Edit: All I had to do was "vi .xinitrc" change startkde to fvwm.
You weren't kidding, this is ugly.
