problems with using a different monitor
ive been told that something is wrong with my X. so ive come here to search for answers. I got Fredora 4 yesterday. i bring my comp to work and when i plug it into the monitor here the monitor doesnt work when it gets to the login screen. so im guessing at any graphical part the monitor wont work. and so im guessing i have to set something up in X. how do i configure X without going into the graphical part of Linux.
Thanks,
Tom

. I didn't see it. Normally they show up with two or three on the home page, but not this one, apparently...
