KDE 3.4.1 media/flash players
ok...i am using KDE 3.4.1, and i do not know what, and how to install flashplayer-type programs that some websites require to view them properly...help on where to go and what to do would be greatly appreciated...

Which distro are you using? SuSE and Mandriva both have flash-player in their repositories. Otherwise you can get it from Macromedia

im using Gentoo Linux....and i cant find a flashplayer that can support my browser (Konqueror)...

I'm pretty sure that Konqueror supports mozilla plugins but.... Go to macromedia.com and download the linux flash player and install it anyway. Then you can go to mozilla flash plugin It should go in pretty easily, and work after restarting konqueror.

didnt work..downloaded it, and attempted to install as it directed...but it errored...oh well..ill just ignore that and if i have to, deal with it later...thanks anyway..
