Problem when entering text in Control Center in KDE (Admin Mode)
I am running SUSE 9.3 with KDE 3.4. Everything works fine, however, it is not possible to enter any text in Control Center (Administrator Mode). E.g. it is not possible to type text into search bar when installing new programs (Control Center -> Yast2 Modules -> Software -> Install and Remove Software (under Administrator Mode) is just one example). The only possibility to enter text is to type it in some other window (e.g. gedit, terminal, ...) and to paste it to the desired location in Control Center.
Has anyone experienced such problems? I don't know what could be wrong because entering text in Control Center under normal user mode works normally.
Thank you in advance.

Today I noticed that entering text in "Admin Mode" works if I am also running konquerer at the same time! Any suggestions what could this mean?
