    Setting the refresh rate.

Hey, I need a little help here.

I want to set my refresh rate to 60Hz, but the only options that KDE give me are 69 and 72.

    How can I change this?

If you are using xorg, you can edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf, or you could run "xorgconfig" to have a script set it up for you.

get that changed as soon as possible
running it at the wrong refresh rate can and is dangerous

i would say edit the /etc/X11/xorg.conf
