    Right-click, Open-With

i'm using KDE 3.4.2. When right-clicking and using the Open-With facility there are a number of superfluous programs appearing.

For instance, if trying to open a HTML document up to three entries appear for Firefox, if a movie file there are three Xines and for images two Gimps (neither of which work, i might add).

Where does KDE produce this list from? It needs a little preening methinks.
