how do you get wallpaper in to folder where the rest of the files are
i down loaded wallpapers and want to put them in folder where the rest are and it gives me a error
access denied.
could not write to /user/share/wallpapers/buntu-800.jpg
i am really new and am not sure how to do this i copy /paste dosent work i may not be doing it right any help would be greatfull

The /usr folder is mostly writable only by root.
If you must put the wallpapers there, then you can do:
Personally, I just store my wallpapers in ~/wallpapers.Code:su <enter root password> cp wallpaper /usr/share/wallpapers/wallpaper.jpg
