yeah guys i have mandrake 9.2 installed through ftp but the problem is i chose to upgrade somethings on kde and now i think i broke alot of links and the like. aslo i went to kcontrol and it gives me this error

i wanna know why this happened and how to change it. this really sucks cause i dont know what to do.. i guess i can keep this cmputer this way for a while until i get to the weekend and then reformat this thing and redo
