this is not quite what you're looking for; however, check out http://www.xpde.com/shots.php...xpde is a wm that is modeled after xp's, not vista...don't know why, but...here you go

I have come across that xp theme it kinda fun to trick people with. i just want the nice transparency effects and the fading windows. also i have looked on kde-look.org and many other sites, i'm accually using debian as of right now and i cant even install themes. lol i'll figure it out. btw kde 3.43 kicks some serious @$$. I might emerge it on my desktop!
