KDE Desktop shrinking or hidden.
Hello.
Since this morning on startup only 1/3 x 1/3 of my desktop is visible in the left up corner, the remaining of the screen is black.
The menu bar is still visible at the bottom.
Applications run OK on the whole screen, although always in full size windows on starting.
Everything is OK for other users on same computer.
Any clue on how to solve that problem with minimum of work ?
Is there a file to move from a working user directory to mine ?
I had a look in .kde and found nothing explaining the problem.
I am running kde 3.3.0 on Suse 9.2
Regards.

Gone to
KDE Configuration / Peripherals / Display
change screen from 1250 to 800 pixel then back to 1250 and it was OK.

Try setting the resolution in your [Xorg, XF86] config.
