    FC4 Gnome 2.12.1 Question

    Running FC4 with Gnome 2.12.1

    Here is my question as corny as it may be....

    I would like to get rid of the trash icon on my desktop. I'm not a big fan of desktop icons, I prefer to use the toolbars and such. Is it possible to do this? And if so, how?

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Well, you could always change to XFCE, a bit like gnome with no desktop icons.
