    I use Gnome. I believe it is the most professional wm/desktop environment.
    When I first started with linux, I used KDE, but I find it ugly and heavy and just overdone.
    I also used Window Maker and Fluxbox. They are both OK if you need to conserve memory in a big way, or like a minimal feel.

    I use KDE on slackware machines and Gnome and my Red Hat workstations.

    I'm trying to figure out how to hack Nautilus into KDE, since Konqueror isn't my favorite as graphical drive browser.
    Suggestions on this would be welcome.
