Question Distros that come with Fluxbox?

Are there specific distos that use fluxbox, or specifically come with them. I am trying to put on an IBM Thinkpad 560 with at least 100mhz processor, I believe 40 something megs of ram, and a new 20 gig hard drive.

Or do I have to instal fluxbox via a separate download?
    Ack!

DSL comes with Fluxbox, and it's light and fast.

I have a blank hard drive with no floppy, CD, or USB. I do have a way to connect the laptop hardrive to another computer with Cd. Can I download DSL to the hard drive and then transfer back to the laptop? How would I do that?
    Ack!
