    Problems with Fluxbox

I have been using Fluxbox with Mepis for a little while now. Everything was working fine, but now whenever I open Gaim or Firefox, it changes the window sizes. I tell it to remember the configuration for them, and those 2 programs are the only ones this happens with. Every time I start them though, they are back to the size that I don't like. It's not a huge bother, just a bit inconvenient. Anyone know what I can do?

I can't say for Gaim, as I've never used it, but for Firefox I'd try renaming the hidden /home/user/.mozilla directoy (make sure Firefox is closed first), then restarting Firefox to see if it now works properly. If it does, you can reclaim your bookmarks from the renamed directory before deleting it. If it doesn't work, you can change the renamed directory back to .mozilla and be back to where you were.

The same idea might work with Gaim, but I'm not sure. Hope this helps...
