Configuration of Internet with router
This may sound really stupid to most of you out there but i am pritty new with linux....i got slackware 9.1 and i was wondering how you set up the configuration of the internet....its all pluged up i just dont know how to config it so if someone would help that would be most grateful..thnks

well it hooks up to my comp through a ethernet card...if that helps any i know it has something to do with eth0

I see - that makes it all a lot easier than those pesky USB modems. However, you need to provide your ISP details, ie. if they use a static address, DHCP, PPPoE, etc.
