    Question Two "Glitches" on my desktop

    Hello all,
    Recently I started running onto this Issue, and I have no clue how to fix it. What happens is when ever I log in or out, theres no bar on the bottom of the screen (For the windows) and theres no icon or any thing on the top bar. The only thing I can seem to do to fix this is by right clicking on the top bar and going properties, then adjusting the size up and down. This maked all my Icons apear again. To get the bar on the bottom to re-appear, i have to adjust my resolution back and forth. Its getting quite annoying, since I have to do these two things every time I start up my computer. Any ideas about this?
