    No icons in KDE

    Last night as i was installing Mandriva Linux 2006 LE onto VMWare Player (I downloaded the image on the net); and after i booted into the freshly installed Linux on the Virtual Machine, there were no icons in KDE . Can anyone help me please, as it is really frustating. Thankyou
