PLEASE HELP! Gnome 'taskbar' gone in RH9.

I was trying to get my RH9 to save settings so that I wouldn't have to re-install my wireless NIC anymore and then I tried re-logging the system as 'root'. When I relogged in, I kept getting these errors for Gnome. I kept clicking 'OK' until they stopped coming up, but now the 'taskbar' is gone. It won't come back up anymore. Pease help!!!
