KDE 3.2 upgrade
I downloaded KDE update packages from SuSE website. The website said the version available was 3.15xx but after installing all the packages Control Center tells me I have KDE 3.2rc1 installed (I assume rc1 = Release Candidate 1).
What I want to know is, is this the final release of KDE 3.2 that I have installed? The one that’s available all over the place now? If not then should I upgrade to the packages available on the kde.org website?

release candidates are the final testing versions before an "official" release of a version is made. if you are worried about having the latest version, then, yes, downloading the packages from the KDE site would be the best thing.. but if you really don't care about having the latest (minor) version, then keep using rc1... it's up to you.
