PHLAK has a stealth mode that uses a windows clone. It may be a bit outdated now, I'm not sure when the last release was.

Thanks, Do you think anybody has come out with a windows xp look? or is there anyway i could modify a live cd to where the style will look like windows xp?

you could make your own livecd with xpde, or use a kde theme that looks like windows
