    I'm not sure what you mean by invisible; could you clarify?

    To take a screenshot, I'd recommend using scrot or xwd.

    fbsetbg can be used to set the background.
    Flies of a particular kind, i.e. time-flies, are fond of an arrow.

    scrot is very nice, i use it to take screenshots and make thumbnails for my website, another nice one would be import, part of imagemagick. as for backgrounds/wallpapers you got a few choices, fbsetbg, Esetroot (if you have Eterm) theres a few others out there but i cant think of them off the top of my head.
