    Wine program but reversed?

Does anyone one know of a program like wine where you can do windows things on linux through the wine program, does anybody know of something in reverse. Where your on windows but you can do linux stuff through a program on the windows machine? Right now all I use for linux is programming, I've had better like with figuring out how to program on there than I have on windows. So I'm just wanting somethin' like wine but reversed so that I can program on linux while in windows.

    Thanks for the help!

I'm not sure what you mean, anyway you can try cygwin , but you will have to build from source your tools like vim or your prefered IDE, I believe it also includes GCC
