Can't switch resolution on Sceptre XS7-Naga monitor
It's been a few month I have been fiddling with XF86Config, searching
on google to find any clue why I can't switch resolutions on my Sceptre
X7S-Naga 17" Monitor. I've been using XFree86 4.3.0 and now I have
upgraded to 4.4.0 but it doesn't fix the problem. I have "640x480",
"800x600", "1024x768" and "1280x1024" (my default resolution) defined
in XF86Config, but when I try to switch resolutions (ALT+CTRL+PLUS etc..)
or if a SDL app tries to go fullscreen, all I get is my monitor just prints
"over range". My video card is a 3dfx Voodoo 3 2000. The Hsync and Vsync I use are straight out of the manual and Windows XP doesn't have problems switching resolution. Any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated!!!
