Hi everyone...
I want to change my resolution because when I installed Kubuntu on my pc i was using a high resolution screen but now im not.. so i cant change it with this screen cuz the video is not supported.. please help me on this one.. what can i do?

thanx for your answer... well Im new using linux so im kind of ''lost'' right now im using Kubuntu 6.06 is there anyway that i can change the resolution when i reboot or something?

check your Monitor's Manual and note down supported HorizSync, VertiRefresh and Resolutions.
open Konsole and execute this
this command will ask a lot of questions. accept default options and enter correct HorizSync and VeritRefresh rates when prompted. select supported resolutions too.Code:sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg
reboot your machine.
