Screensaver error. The diagnostic is......

Hi all,

Running a new woody install and Xfree will not open any screensavers.
I get this message-

There was an error loading the module.
The diagnostic is:

And that's it. No diagnostic at all!!

I tried apt-get install xscreensaver and it did install somthing but they still do not work at all or even preview. Just the error box with the above message.

Any help?

i dont understand whats going wrong at all here tbh, try running "xscreensaver-demo" that allows you to config the savers. beond that i have no idea, sorry!

Oddly enough I had the screensavers disabled in the control panel. One little checkbox killed the whole deal...
