Questions about this fluxbox theme

I'm not sure if this one belongs in the n00b forum, but I thought this forum was the most suitable.
Does anyone know about these two fluxbox themes from the fluxbox website?

I think these themes are extremely clean and functional. I especially like the media player in the bottom right corner. Is that just a skin on xMMs? I sure hope so.
I am currently learning linux on a xbox running xDSL.
I wanted to run mythTV for the nice GUI design, but I have given up on that route and would hopefully like to create a similar desktop environment using fluxbox.
Any information or help is much appreciated.

It's not just a theme, Fluxbox themes just define the slit, the menu and the windows borders, the rest is gDesklets
