How can I know if Gnome is already installed
Hello everybody,
I'am now planing to install GnomeMeeting, they recommended me to install the Gnome Desktop at first. But i wonder that maybe I've already installed Gnome... How can I know if I've already installed it or not?
By far, my current desktop is KDE.
Thanks!

Hmm, that will probably depend on your distro...checking installed packages I meen...
in redhat (and SuSE) you can always try
rpm -qa | grep gnome
to get some idea of what packages relating to gnome are installed
