X runs fine using "startx" but after killing it (C-M-backspace) i get these messages at my terminal. there are lots of errors. can somebody tell me the meaning of all these and how to correct my system. i compiled my kernel with VIA support built-in.:
(EE) end og block range 0x3ffffff < begin 0xf0000000
(EE) end og block range 0x3ffffff < begin 0xf0000000

well, VIA and DRI problems are solved. i just recompiled my kernel with these options ON:
In "Device Drivers -> character devices"
-> Direct Rendering Manager
-> VIA (XFree86 and................)
the only 1 problem is left:
(EE) end of block range 0x3ffffff < begin 0xf0000000
(EE) end of block range 0x3ffffff < begin 0xf0000000
any idea on solving it ?
