    Hiya,

First of all, try to post in Readable English when asking questions, if we cant understand you we cannot answer you. Readable english includes:
    Writing "to" instead of "2"
    Writing "and" instead of "n"
    Writing "you" instead of "u"
    etc (you get the idea).

To answer your question, KDE has a big customisation site over at www.kde-look.org , im not aware of a similar site for Gnome, but one may exist.

Why not install both KDE and Gnome to find out which one is better for you to customise as you require?

Neither, go fluxbox if you want to customize.

Note: Next time please write "I'm" instead of the unreadable "im". Thank you.
