God knows, what kind of hell message Konqueror is trying to present. And actually, I don't care. The only thing which helps from this bug is to add "octet/stream" in "applications" of MIME (Konqueror settings/File associations). No extension, no application association is needed. Konqueror calms down, naively thinking that it was introduced to "octet/stream application". :)
