Hello all. I just joined this forum. Ive been using WIndoze for years but been runnin Mandrake for 3 months and never go back. Anyway, I have a Toshiba laptop and when I installed I chose generic wheel mouse since I have a usb wheel mouse, but now I can use my touchpad. How can I get it workin, I used Mandrake Expert and got a BS answer. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

Is that one of those neat synaptic touchpads? If so, I think it runs on the PS/2 bus. It usually works for me directly, so that I can use my PS/2 mouse and USB mouse simulaneously. And I think I've chosen Generic Whell Mouse, too.
What exactly is your problem? I've never used mandrake, so I don't know what you mean be 'BS answer'.
I fear that I'm just being stupid here?
