monitor h-sync and v-sync config with fglrx in x windows

Hey guys. Im trying to get my desktop to 1280x1024. To do this, I have to set up the fglrx config for the ATI driver. These are my monitors specs:

Horizontal: 30 to 64 khz
Frequency - Vertical: 50 to 100 Hz
Video Bandwith: 95 mhz
Max resolution: 1280x1024 @ 60mhz (max)
1024x768 @ 75/76 Hz (recommended)

Anyway, these are my settings. I always run 1280x1024 on windows, I just want the same in Linux. Im scared of messing up my monitor by setting the options too high. What I need to know is what settings to choose in fglrx, thanks.

You may want to either tell us what monitor you have (different monitors are going to have different refresh rates) OR check out your monitor manual and see whats the optimal settings for vertical refresh and horizontal refresh is.
