Point'N'Click Interface

Hey,
I thought about a linux user interface in point'n'click style. But i have no idea how to realize something like that. There should be orders like "USE data WITH trash" or "OPEN firefox" like in those old point'n'click adventures. I've paint what i was thinking about... (it was just a work of 5mins, so don't be upset)

what do you think about such a project? And do you have any ideas how i could start?

A Rox Pinboard Desktop over a JWM,ICEWM,or FLUXBOX Desktop sounds like what you are talking about.
